I've searched for anyone else with a similar problem to what I'm experiencing but haven't been able to find anything. I am unable to move layers once placing them on the document. I have been experiencing this issue for a few days now.

Just updated Photoshop to 26.6.0If I copy and past a text layer, then edit the text. While it displays the correct font in the top drop down, it's not using that font. It's using 'Myriad Pro'. I have to type a few letters, highlight them, change it to the correct font, then I can continue editing in the intended font.I would expect it to work the same as editing an existing text layer.

In the past, whenever opening organizer, it would offer me the option to download to photoshop all new photos on my iphone.  Recently, it is not offering to do this.  I really love this feature but can't figure out why it is not doing it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  

I'm having problems getting pseudo resources to work.I've written a format plug-in and I'm trying to storesome text from the file header similar to the historyresource in the SimpleFormat example.When I add the resource, I get no errors. If I checkthe resource count, it shows it has been added. However,whenever I save the file, the resource count alwaysreturns 0.What am I missing? Hello all, Developer here, trying to create a script to help me create a large photoshop document. I have a list of file names, and the x/y positions (I can change this input in any way to make it easier for PS to read). All of the file names are an existing .psd file. If I were to do this manually, I would do:1. File > Place embedded... > Select the file from my file browser > Ok2. Set the X and Y coordinates for the newly embeded object(however, I'd need to do this over 400 times manually, thus the script) I have tried my absolute best to navigate the PDF documentation (wtf Adobe), but I can't even figure out how to embed an existing .pdf file into the current document from a file path (I've seen some examples of using a filepicker, but that doesn't work). Without even getting past that I don't know how to place it via the X/Y coords. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please let me know if th

So, before I attempt that solution, I'd like to know if Sameer K's fix is still the right solution for today's Photoshop. Thank you in advance for your help!! Is it possible to upload an image to Instagram that fhas a transparent background? I have a .png file that when viewed has rounded corners. It works fine but when posted to Instagram I get the transparency replaced with a colour. I can’t set this to a specific colour as the image sits on either a grey or red background. If it is possible what file format should I use?

I updated Photoshop to 26.6.1 today and have not been able to use Camera Raw Filter successfully. Photoshop will freeze and require a force quit. Is anyone else experiencing this problem on Windows 10?

Hi.This may be a silly question, but can I import presets into photoshop, the same as I can into LR?This is things like B&W , Landscape, Portrait adjustments etc.And if so, how do I do it?Cheers.

I have the most updated version of Photoshop CC2018.  I am trying to open an .eps file and I keep getting the error: "Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to parse the postscript".  It would open them before.  HELP
