In the past, whenever opening organizer, it would offer me the option to download to photoshop all new photos on my iphone. Recently, it is not offering to do this. I really love this feature but can't figure out why it is not doing it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Many scanners have a de-screen thing. And on some you can specify the screen density that you want to de-screen. Use it if you can.
The scanned image will always be a bit softer than the original but at least you get rid of moirés which can be a B*** to edit afterwards.
